Embracing your next chapter feels scary.
Evolving beyond who you’ve been feels overwhelming.
Imagining an exciting future feels almost impossible until you…
Learn the Science of Reinvention.
Right now, you’re in the in-between, aware that you want something different, but unsure how to get there. It feels uncomfortable and unfamiliar.
You’re not unraveling. You’re awakening.
This is the moment where expert guidance matters, because without support, most women default back to what’s familiar, not because it’s right, but because it feels safer than the unknown.
This is your invitation to choose differently and live as the woman you’re becoming.
This is LIBERATED.
The liberated method
The LIBERATED Methodology is a science-based, proven approach to reinvention that uses the Nuero-Identity Evolution™ framework blending mindset work, somatics, nervous system regulation, emotional mastery, intuition, and subconscious rewiring with practical tactical legal wisdom into one cohesive path of transformation.
A LIBERATED woman stays rooted under pressure and no longer abandons herself by trying to keep the peace.
She makes choices without collapsing, overexplaining, or second-guessing herself.
She stays present in hard moments instead of getting hijacked by fear or old reflexes.
Rather than defaulting into control, over-functioning, or self-abandonment, she learns how to remain with herself, trust her responses, and move forward once she has clarity because she knows that “absolute certainty” never comes.

COACHING, Embodiment & SUPPORT
My coaching style is calm, grounded, and deeply supportive, with precision, emotional intelligence, and intuitive insight. I bring a structured, science-backed approach to teaching you how to embody this work in your real life, not just understand it.
We work with the mind, body, and soul so you can stay grounded and make choices that feel aligned for you, instead of defaulting to what’s been conditioned or expected.
Over time, you’ll notice that hard moments no longer derail you. Instead, your reactions soften, and you’re able to stay present and respond differently when it matters most.
THE COMMUNITY
The community is a steady, grounded space where women recognize themselves in one another and realize they are not alone in what they’re navigating.
You’ll be in conversation with thoughtful, highly conscious women who are navigating transitions and doing the work to become the best version of themselves. Being in the room allows perspective to widen, shame to fall away, and clarity to return.
This isn’t a place to compare progress. Shared experience brings normalization, and celebrating one another’s growth strengthens your capacity to receive acknowledgment, support, and reflection without deflecting or diminishing yourself.
You don’t come here to be carried.
You come here to learn what being truly supported feels like in your body.

I'm Sharri Freedman
Attorney, Reinvention Coach, & Divorce Expert
After 25 years as a divorce attorney, I was ready for reinvention. It wasn’t until I discovered coaching that everything finally made sense. I had spent my whole life in my head, achieving, checking boxes, doing all the “right” things. Yet, like so many of my clients, life didn’t actually feel good. I wasn’t joyful or expansive. I was stressed, overwhelmed, and exhausted.
Here’s what became clear. Most of us were never taught how to feel. We numb, overwork, overthink, or stay busy so we don’t have to sit with what’s underneath. But that’s because most of us weren’t taught the science of transformation. Transformation happens when you’re connected to what you feel, aligned with what you want, and able to move forward with clarity, no matter the circumstance.
My work blends mindset, somatics, and intuitive guidance so you can connect with yourself at the deepest level. When your nervous system settles and your mind quiets, the answers rise with ease. They’ve always been there. You just couldn’t hear them until now.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is a divorce coach?
A divorce coach is your personal guide and navigator; before you’ve made the decision, during the process itself, and after the divorce is finalized. Divorce coaching allows you to think more clearly, make the best possible decisions for your future with confidence, and stay grounded under pressure.
Divorce is one of the most disorienting experiences a woman can move through. It is also one of the most powerful portals to reinvention. The woman who comes out the other side is not the same woman who walked in. Coaching ensures that who she becomes is someone she chose, not someone the process made her by default.
How are you different from other divorce coaches?
Because of my professional experience, which you can read more about here, I bring something to this work that most coaches cannot. I understand the legal system from the inside. I understand what happens in your body under sustained stress and how that affects every decision you make. And I understand conflict negotiation, not just strategically, but emotionally, because of the experience and training I bring to this work.
My work addresses all of it. Not just the logistics of the divorce, but the woman navigating them, and who she is becoming in the process.
Is coaching the same as therapy?
No, coaching is not the same as therapy.
A therapist is a licensed mental health professional who can diagnose and treat mental illness and trauma. I am not a mental health professional. While I am trauma-informed, I do not treat trauma. Many of my clients work with a therapist alongside our coaching, and they find the two processes complement each other well.
I already have a lawyer. Do I need a coach too?
I believe everyone contemplating or navigating divorce would benefit from working with a certified coach and divorce expert. Not only because it can save you time and money, but because coaching allows you to discover the patterns that have been driving your thoughts, feelings, and actions, so you can begin to notice them, interrupt them, and consciously choose differently.
Your lawyer’s job is to provide legal advice and guidance. When you use your lawyer as a sounding board and for practical and emotional support, your legal fees will quickly escalate.
Coaching fills a different role entirely. It’s focused on you, the woman navigating the process, so that when you walk into every conversation, every negotiation, and every decision point, you are grounded, clear, and leading from a place of self-trust rather than self-doubt and fear.
If I have a coach, do I need a lawyer?
Yes.
I am a former divorce attorney, and that background informs everything I do. But I no longer practice law, and I don’t provide legal advice. What I bring is decades of legal wisdom, an understanding of how the system works, and the ability to help you think clearly about the decisions in front of you. What I can’t do is represent you, file documents on your behalf, or give you legal advice specific to your situation. You will need to consult with a divorce attorney licensed to practice in your state in order to understand how the law impacts your particular situation.
We're planning to mediate. Will coaching benefit me?
Mediation can be one of the most efficient and least adversarial paths through divorce. It can also be one of the most vulnerable.
You will be in a room with your soon-to-be ex-spouse, making decisions that will shape your future and your family’s future. The ability to stay grounded under pressure, to know what you actually want, and to hold your position without collapsing or conceding just to end the discomfort, is something you must learn, because it is not how we are wired to react in difficult situations.
Coaching prepares you for mediation and negotiations. I am trained in mediation and am a trained Pre-Mediation Divorce Coach. Together we’ll identify what you want and why. You’ll become aware of how your body reacts under stress and how to steady yourself when it does. You’ll learn the difference between compromising because it makes sense and giving something away because the situation became too uncomfortable.
Women who come to mediation having done this internal work negotiate differently. They know what matters. They know what they can let go. And they don’t leave the table wondering whether they said yes to something they should have stood firm on.
Why invest in coaching?
Divorce is a pivotal moment in your life and you deserve support that is designed for what you’re navigating.
When you work with me you are more likely to:
- Understand the divorce process and know what to expect
- Avoid costly emotional and financial mistakes
- Build a strategic action plan so you remain in control
- Find the right attorney, therapist, and financial planner
- Get organized and work more efficiently with your attorney
- Reduce expenses associated with your divorce
- Develop a parenting plan and strategies that address your children’s needs
- Limit conflict by communicating and co-parenting more effectively
- Sharpen your negotiating skills and optimize your ability to get the results you want
- Envision what comes next and begin to move forward
The practices and skills you build don’t disappear when the divorce is finalized. They carry forward into every relationship, every professional decision, and impact the people around you for generations.
Divorce is not just something to get through. It is an invitation to become someone you may not have given yourself permission to be yet. You can read more about the benefits of divorce coaching here.
I haven't decided yet. Is it too early to start?
No. In fact, this may be the most important time to start.
The decision itself is often the hardest part. The back and forth. The second-guessing. The weight of knowing that whatever you choose will change everything. Many women spend months, sometimes years, in that space, not because they don’t know what they want, but because they don’t yet trust themselves enough to act on what they already know.
That is exactly what coaching addresses. We work on building the internal steadiness that allows you to get clear, make a decision you can stand behind, and move forward without regret. Whether that decision is to leave, to stay, or to keep gathering information a little longer.
You don’t need to have decided to begin. You simply need to be ready to say yes to support.
I'm already divorced. Can I still benefit from working with you?
While deciding and moving through the process is challenging, divorce can also be used as a launchpad for reinvention.
Divorce is an identity evolution. You can’t move through it and not change. But it doesn’t automatically change how you think, choose, or relate. The patterns that were present in your marriage don’t disappear because the marriage is over. They stay with you, informing your decisions, your relationships, and the way you show up every day, until you become aware, make it safe to change, and intentionally choose to respond differently.
Reinvention can begin at any point in a woman’s life. Divorce happens to be one portal. Whether you find me before you’ve decided, or years later, you can begin exactly where you are.
I'm not going through a divorce. Can you still help me?
Yes. While divorce is where most women find me, it is not the only threshold that brings a woman to this work.
The experience of waking up to a life that no longer fits, of sensing that who you have been is no longer who you are becoming, is not unique to divorce. It arrives in the loss of a spouse or partner. In the quiet that follows when the last child leaves home. In midlife, when the life you built looks exactly as it was supposed to and still doesn’t feel like enough.
What all of these moments share is this; they ask you to become someone you haven’t been yet. And that process, without the right support, can feel disorienting, lonely, and overwhelming.
My work is designed for women standing at that edge, whatever brought them there.
